I imagine that one of the signs of a growing business is when a biz owner decides it’s time to hire a VA and I look forward to having that feeling of accomplishment someday when that need arises. (smile)

Do you currently have a VA (virtual assistant) that helps you in your business? What actions do you have your VA’s do for you to help take tasks off your plate?

Or are you close to having to make the decision to hire a VA to allow you to work on other pressing business actions? What action would you give for them to free yourself to work on other projects?

Are you a VA yourself? If so, I’d like to hear about what your most popular actions you take to help out your clients.

I keep thinking that I would benefit from having a VA to do all the things I can’t seem to find time to do, like setting up my sales pages and landing pages. I have so many things I would like to do and not enough time to do them.

Kelly’s recent workshop reminded me that I already have 2 big rocks that I carry all the time and made me realize that I need to remember that when I am planning what else I can or need to do.

Customer support is the number one thing I have outsourced. I care about my customers getting what they need with kindness and Tish is amazeballs at it.

Tish is my Community Manager – a promotion from VA years ago ;) She knows my business inside and out and can pick up anything I need help with.

Affiliate swipes, other emails, project management, team communication, you name it.
