My Internship Cup Overfloweth
I shared my internship opportunity at the summit week before last and had many wonderful applications. I booked interviews with the first three people with skill sets I felt I could leverage, thinking maybe one of them will be a great fit once we talked – then I’d interview some more… only ALL THREE are amazeballs and great fits for my businesses.
It was originally my intention to only take two, but I could not imagine turning any of them down and have decided to roll with all three for the next year.
This is going to STRETCH me – which is exciting and a wee bit intimidating too.
I’ll be introducing my new interns soon ❤

Every year I take an intern or two (or three apparently) to work with me in my business for training and experience. After a year, they claim a year of private coaching.
