How Often Do you Offer Special Sales For Your Products?
In the crafting world, Michael’s Crafts offers a 40% coupon almost weekly (with purchase limitations). It has come down to the fact that someone almost never buys something without some type of a coupon/discount, which I believe has made it tough for other crafting businesses.
In your business, how often do you offer a product discount or sale?
Do your special sales bring you new customers or do you find the purchasers are often repeat customers, or combination?
I imagine that it would be very important to track sales, especially during those sales periods?
