Help – Crazy Amazon Website Issues!
Not a business question, but one I hope someone might have an answer to! For the last week or so, I’ve been having LOTS of problems with Amazon’s website. (Not the publishing platform, just from the consumer side.)
Searches aren’t working (I keep getting the dogs of Amazon error pages.) Same thing if I do manage to find something through a search, I can’t add it to my cart. I can’t VIEW my cart.
Look Inside function isn’t working. Click and nothing happens.
All of these things mean that I have to completely clear all browser data.
Then I can use Amazon normally but after a few hours (or at MOST 24 hours) it’s right back to the same thing.
This is happening regardless of which browser I use.
Has anyone else had this happen? If so, did you find a solution that works other than having to clear browser data every few hours. (Which is NOT a good solution!)
