Hi and happy to be here. I always feel weird introducing myself in a forum . . . there are so many layers to me–maybe I’m really an onion! LOL
I am a retired pediatrician–25 years in practice but left it over 10 years ago. I love writing and helping others learn to love it, too. I create DFY content at coachreadycontent.com and content marketing/content strategies at shesgotcontent.com.
I grew up in Ohio and went to medical school there. Residency in NJ and that’s where I’ve lived since 1981. I have 3 grown daughters and 6 grandkids and they all live within 15-20 minutes of me. My parents still live independently on the farm in Ohio and I don’t get to visit often enough.
I raise Eastern Swallowtail butterflies in the summertime here in NJ. Over the past winter of 2020-2021, I fostered 50 butterfly chrysalises through the winter. Fingers crossed for them all to emerge healthy in May or June 2021.
I love to travel and dream of holding retreats in exotic and beautiful locations. Want to join me for adventures as soon as the coast is clear?

I love the onion analogy and totally relate. I have been through a number of transformations myself. It’s always a struggle to know which ME is going to turn up to the party.
