Thank you! One of my goals this year is to create SOPs for all my repeating tasks. 1) This will simplify things for me and I won’t have to keep all these details for repetitive tasks in my head. (hooray freeing up brain space!)

2) I’ll be able to look at all tasks and analyze the ones that aren’t in my zone of genius or fun for me to do.

3) I’ll be able to select some of the most time consuming tasks to outsource.

4) I’ll have my training materials ready for my new VA!

5) We’ll both have a clear idea of the task and the required steps to complete it.
