Do I need to change or edit the PLR content before publishing?

There isn’t anything wrong with purchasing PLR content and using it as is. Many people do this. However, if you want your content to go on your blog, then you should edit the post some. Tweak it and add your own voice. Create a social friendly image to go along with the content. When you take the time to edit the content, not only are you adding your voice and brand to it, it will also help you stand out in search engine results when your community is looking for information.

However, if you don’t plan to use the PLR content for web traffic, then using it as-is will be fine. For example, if you take an article pack and upload it as an autoresponder series, then you’ll only need to tweak it to fit your branding.
